The event showcases the best of the county’s locally produced foods, crafts, and goods, fostering a deeper connection between the community and the region’s thriving agricultural industry. Highlights include the Taste of Washington County Marketplace, featuring fresh produce, homemade items, and regional specialties, as well as the Field Dinner and Charity Auction, which support agricultural scholarships and grants. Designed to promote local businesses, tourism, and education, the tour draws visitors from near and far to experience the beauty, craftsmanship, and innovation of Washington County’s agricultural community.

Join us for the 2025 Home Grown Farm Tour on Saturday, August 23rd, and experience the best of Washington County’s agriculture, food, and charm! This year’s tour features a variety of local farms, the Taste of Washington County Marketplace, and our exclusive Field Dinner at the beautiful Fyre Lake Winery. Enjoy a family-style meal with locally sourced ingredients, live entertainment, and a charity auction supporting agricultural scholarships and grants. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate the heart of our community in a stunning vineyard setting!
Harvest & Home Marketplace: 8AM-12PM
The Harvest & Home Marketplace kicks off the Home Grown Farm Tour with a vibrant showcase of local vendors offering fresh produce, homemade goods, and handcrafted items. Open from 8 AM to 12 PM, this lively market is a celebration of Washington County’s finest, featuring everything from jams and honey to breads and crafts. Stop by to explore, shop, and connect with the community before embarking on the farm tour!
Farm to Field: A Free Self-Guided Tour: 12PM-4PM
The 2025 Home Grown Farm Tour offers a unique, free self-guided experience that takes you through the heart of Washington County’s agricultural community. From 10 AM to 4 PM, explore a variety of local farms, ranches, and venues, each showcasing the region’s diverse agricultural practices, stunning landscapes, and dedication to sustainability. Visitors can enjoy hands-on experiences, learn about farming techniques, and connect with passionate growers and producers. Don’t forget to collect punches on your tour card for a chance to win prizes!
Savor the Season: Field Dinner at Fyre Lake Winery
The Field Dinner is the crown jewel of the 2025 Home Grown Farm Tour, offering an unforgettable evening at the stunning Fyre Lake Winery. Guests will indulge in a farm-to-table feast featuring locally sourced ingredients, including pork generously donated by Nash’s Landfair Farm. Served family-style in a picturesque vineyard setting, the dinner pairs delicious cuisine with live entertainment and a warm community atmosphere. The evening also features a charity auction, with proceeds supporting agricultural scholarships and grants for local students and farms. Sounds of WashCo Benefit Concert & Silent Auction
Cap off the Home Grown Farm Tour with the Sounds of WashCo Benefit Concert and Silent Auction at Fyre Lake Winery. Starting at 6:30 PM, this exclusive event is included with the Field Dinner Ticket, offering guests an evening of incredible live music from local performers in a beautiful vineyard setting. Bid on unique local products, experiences, and artwork during the silent auction, with all proceeds supporting agricultural scholarships and grants for Washington County. Don’t miss this special night of entertainment and community celebration!
