- General grant guidelines are:
The award money cannot be used as general operating funds or as debt reduction. - The money must be used for an agriculture related business within Washington County.
The grant recipient must be operating on a budget under $100,000.00 annually. - This is a one-time award only.
- The winner will be notified in advance and the grant will be awarded during the Field
Dinner on August 23, 2025 at Fyre Lake Winery. - The winner will show results or completed project at the farm tour the following year.
Examples the grant money could be used for include: garden structure, education, professional
services, product development, roadside stand, chicken house, etc. - To apply submit your responses to the following questions via our website at:
https:washcomochamber.com, or drop off your grant packet at the Washington County Chamber
of Commerce Office, 501 E. High St. Potosi, MO 63664 no later than June 20, 2025 by 2pm.
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges. Judges will score proposals using the points
assigned to each section.
